During the month of June, Birmingham magazine readers cast more than 16,000 votes for their favorite things in 99 categories. Once again Twin Construction was named to Birmingham magazine Best of Birmingham 2013 listing and selected as “Best Builder.”

Twin Construction, Inc. received the coveted Best in Show award during the AREA banquet on Saturday, April 13 in Montgomery.

Timeless Design – Before, this award winning kitchen was “cramped, and dimly lit, with a lay-in ceiling, black and white vinyl flooring, and wood paneling on the walls,” recalls architectural designer John Loglisci who aided with the renovation before he joined his current firm. John, along with Sandra Lynn of Lynn Allen Design helped shape the space into a lighter, brighter kitchen that easily accommodates this busy family of four.

Now that their youngest child has graduated from college, the homeowners finally have the time and resources to bring their dream kitchen to life. They always hoped to change the inefficient layout and outdated elements in the room and longed for an elegant space to accommodate their changing needs. Thanks to a complete overhaul, the dream has blossomed into a beautiful kitchen that’s easy to navigate and easy on the eyes.
