New Construction & Remodeling

With over 20+ years of experience, Twin has been building new homes and remodeling in the local Birmingham area as well as 30A, Florida communities. Our owners will visit your existing home or lot on-site to help you develop a plan to construct your dream home.

Plan Design

We have our own in-house plan designers with years of experience drafting a whole house or reinventing your space for a remodel—no need to hire an architect! During our process, we combine your inspiration and feedback with our building expertise over several collaborative meetings.

Cabinets

Since 2007, we have been designing and building custom cabinets for our construction projects. We have a dedicated designer who is committed to functionality, aesthetics, and precision to implement into your next project.

Interior Design

With our creative team of interior designers, we can help you choose paint colors, countertops, wallpaper, furniture, custom window treatments, and more! We work with local and national vendors to create an interior space that defines your style.

In this step, you will meet with William to discuss your family’s desires for your new home or renovation. We bring decades of past experience and continuously research the latest trends to keep you pleased with classic, yet fresh inspirations. At this meeting, no question regarding your vision or budget is off limits.

Design

Working with our plan and interior designers, our approach to design takes care of every detail of your building process, while focusing on your budgetary goals. We collaborate with city officials, subcontractors, and our team of designers to cover a variety of specifics, such as preliminary drawings, permit sets, construction finishes, cabinet design, interior decor…and all things in between.

Lastly, we pair you with a trustworthy project manager, who will work as a liaison with your Twin design team, to manage every detail with integrity, commitment to quality, and open client-builder communications.
